Duygu is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA. Her professional experience encompasses diverse sectors, where she has provided therapeutic support to children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a broad spectrum of mental health concerns.
Duygu's therapeutic practice integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She prioritizes thorough assessment and the establishment of a strong, warm and accepting therapeutic relationship. Duygu believes that fostering a safe space where clients can express their authentic selves is crucial for facilitating meaningful self-understanding, and positive life changes.
